In case you are installing after having an older/previous version of this, note that part of the instructions they have ask you to go the user.dat file to make it read only. I got it working, following the instructions given. Just FYI for any new DLer’s, the team here has put the R2R Keygen in the “Fix only” link above, so be sure to grab that + the installer link.
